If you are unfortunately involved in an accident, the last thing you need is unnecessary problems with your insurance. Most of the Insurers on WA Ringrose's panel now have dedicated claim notification centres which are open 24 hour, 365 days a year. They will take all the details of the Accident and if you have comprehensive cover, most insurers will appoint one of their approved repairers who will be instructed to repair your vehicle. This not only eliminates the need to obtain estimates but ensures the repair costs are settled direct with your insurer.

WA Ringrose Motor Insurance - Uninsured Loss Recovery
What are Uninsured Losses?
If you were unfortunate enough to be involved in a motor accident that wasn't your fault you may incur out-of-pocket expenses that are not covered under your motor insurance. For example, if you have comprehensive cover your policy might be subject to an excess which must be paid to the vehicle repairers, even if the accidents is not your fault. If your policy cover is Third Party Fire & Theft or Third Party only the damage to you vehicle would not be covered under your motor insurance.
Can these losses be recovered?
Yes, theses losses can be recovered from the party at fault.
Do I have to recover these losses myself?
No, from only £10.00 per year WA Ringrose can arrange a policy called MOTORPLUS from ULR of Norwich. Where there are reasonable prospects of a recovery, ULR will take the necessary steps to recover any losses on your behalf, including pursuit of damages following personal injury to the driver or passengers of the insured vehicle and if necessary, appoint legal representation to reclaim your losses through the courts without any cost to you. Remember - full recovery of your claim should result in your No Claims Bonus remaining intact.
What other benefits are there of Motorplus?
In the event of a valid claim, ULR will arrange for the hire of an alternative vehicle. They have joined forces with a long established, reputable hire company to provide a nationwide replacement vehicle hire service, and subject to availability this includes most commercial vans, HGV's and motorcycles. Once the period of hire has been authorised by ULR, the replacement vehicle will be available to you whilst your vehicle off the road. They will recover the costs on your behalf from the party at fault. Please note that this service is subject to the accident circumstances and is at the sole discretion of ULR .
