FASTER UNDERWRITING SAVES EVERYONE TIME
Underwriting has been streamlined to save time at inception or renewal. Fewer questions are asked at the time of the quote or when going on cover with no requirement to disclose young drivers and convictions at this time. Any young driver or conviction loadings are processed later. This has enabled swifter processing, made possible by higher excesses. FREE ACCIDENT AND BREAKDOWN SERVICE IN UK AND EUROPE
Provided by the RAC, and worth £150 if purchased separately, provides these valuable benefits:

European Accident, Breakdown, Rescue and Recovery service for immediate roadside assistance if a vehicle becomes stranded or if an accident has left a vehicle immobile. One call to the MBP Helpline gets things moving (if outside the UK please refer to the policy). A Personal Incident Manager manages each case, ensuring for example that the vehicle is recovered safely and taken to an approved repairer.
At-home service. The RAC will come to the rescue if a vehicle fails to start at home.
Onward Transportation. If the vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside, the Personal Incident Manager will arrange for driver and passengers to be taken to a destination of their choice in one non-stop journey.

APPROVED REPAIRERS MEAN QUALITY GUARANTEED
All customers can benefit from Minibusplus's approved network of repairers. Work starts immediately after an accident, and is guaranteed for 3 years. The vehicle is also thoroughly cleaned. The repairer will send the bill direct to MBP for payment, with customers needing only to pay any excess.

WINDSCREEN SERVICE IN CONJUNCTION WITH AUTO WINDSCREENS
If a vehicle's glass or windscreen cracks, chips or shatters during a journey, the Helpline will arrange for approved glass company RAC Auto Windscreens to attend. They will swiftly assess the situation, and either repair or replace the damaged area at once.

REPLACEMENT LOCKS COVER MEANS ADDITIONAL PEACE OF MIND
This applies if the keys or lock transmitter for the vehicle doors, boot or ignition are lost or stolen. MBP will pay for the locks - and the ignition, if applicable - to be replaced.

DRIVING ABROAD? NO EXTRA CHARGES!
Minibusplus certificates include pan-European wording providing insurance cover to the organisation or individual travelling abroad. RAC cover for all Minibusplus UK policies is extended to include Western Europe and some East European countries, provided each trip does not exceed three months. MIDAS DISCOUNTS
MiDAS, the Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme, is organised by the Community Transport Association (CTA). It promotes a set of standards for minibus drivers, aiming at the safer operation of these vehicles. Any organisation using minibuses can and should join. After assessment, drivers receive a nationally recognised certificate if successful.
