Who are Frizzell?
Frizzell's origins trace back to 1923 when Thomas Norman Frizzell, a Scot, started his own insurance business, Norman Frizzell and Partners. Since then the Frizzell name has been a symbol of quality, and the company has built an enviable reputation for developing some of the strongest and most loyal customer bases through its affinity partnerships. One of Frizzell's first clients was csma (Civil Service Motoring Association) with its 24 members. csma membership has grown to approx. 350,000 and continues to be an extremely important client with the majority of csma members arranging their insurance and banking needs with Frizzell. This experience has brought a wealth of knowledge to affinity partnership programmes. Frizzell now has relationships with more than 15 affinity groups.
